Bought fall of last year, our loss your gain. We just can’t handle the upkeep. Comes with Sand Filter with brand new media glass in it, comes with a pool vacuum, and comes with a robot vacuum. It’s currently being drained it will be cleaned before take down. Must pick up. Does have the ladder as well. $700 or best reasonable offer. We also put screws in each leg to keep it sturdy and easier to move after the huge winds, one T piece was crack during those winds but we did fix it with screws as well. But you can purchase those on Amazon. Will send pictures of sand filter, vacuum, and robot vacuum with interest.
