Dothan Remodeling Company is looking for sub-contractors for our local remodeling company. This is for daily regular basis work located in Dothan, AL and surrounding area. Responsibilities:
Ensure all projects are executed in compliance with specs as well as regulatory code requirements
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Consistently report progress to management
Requirements:
1+ years recent/relevant contracting or home remodeling experience
Must have transportation & some tools (some can be provided)
Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and safety guidelines
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Can complete projects within given time allotment
Job Type: Sub-Contractor (Regular Basis/Daily Work)
Pay: Based on experience/ Per Day Rate Pd Weekly
