A lost cat who looks to be about less than a year old is outside my house. He is meowing very much and he has a collar on. I'm guessing the poor little guy just got out of his house. He is black and white. I would like responses as to who he belongs to soon. I don't want him to be outside in the cold. He is very cuddly and friendly, but he is afraid.
