No damage to the instrument, water damage to the case, been played for 6 years with regular checkups, comes with free reeds (size 3) and a cleaning rag, keys may need to be oiled and some pads may be finicky so small repairs may be needed.
I haven't played in a year but I did test it out and it still plays perfectly fine, I have never had any outstanding issues with it.
