Looking for a livable fixer upper (Helena Oklahoma)

We are a family of 5, looking to relocate, we currently live in Oklahoma and the schools are terrible, my 3 girls get bullied daily, we are a laid back family, no drugs, or alcohol use may have a drink 2 times a year. We breed our 2 dogs that gets us a decent chunk of cash once a year because they are frenchies, im 46 years old wife is 35 years old my daughter's are 11, 15 and 16, we will have enough for a down payment, and im very handy at construction work, and mechanics, I also have a t shirt business, that makes a few dollars, plus we purchased our hime here in Oklahoma in 2021 and 3 years later the old owners never told us they have a lein on the property.
