I put windows 10 on it because i had a activation key for it but now 11 can be installed if you want it. We can do it before you buy it if you want. I prefer 10 myself.
For another $50 i can throw in a Dell 27" monitor thats 1080p and 60hz which is perfect for what this rig can handle. All parts are upgradable later if you prefer to do that but this will get you started. Alot of new parts, just the ram right now is $100 as well as the nvme drive so thats $200 of it right there.
